Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except water. Now make a well and add water little by little.
  2. Knead to form a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 20 mins.
  3. In another bowl mash boiled potatoes.
  4. Add chopped onions, cilantro, roasted cumin powder, paprika, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Divide dough into required equal size balls. Take a ball and roll into a small disc shape.
  6. Place some filling in center and gently gather the edges and twist to seal.
  7. Dust with some flour and roll into a 6-7 inches paratha and place over hot griddle.
  8. Roast at medium flame. Flip when one side is done.
  9. Spread 1/2 tablespoon clarified butter over paratha. Flip again and cook till small brown spots appear on both sides.
  10. Serve hot with curd / pickle or both.
