Instructions
  1. Heat oil and fry chopped onions at medium flame till it turns translucent.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it releases aroma then add chopped tomato.
  3. Add salt, paprika powder and turmeric. keep stirring.
  4. When the mixtures turns soft and pulpy and oil starts separating add dried fenugreek leaves.
  5. Add cottage cheese and stir for a minute.
  6. Now add fresh cream, cheese and shahi garam masala powder. Mix well and let simmer for 1-2 mins.
  7. Serve hot.
