  1. In a wok add grated coconut and jaggery. Stir constantly at low flame till jaggery melts completely.
  2. Now increase the flame to medium and keep stirring till coconut turns to crumbly texture.
  3. Take small amount of coconut and press hard, if it releases oil without sticking to your fingers then its done or else continue for some more time.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a plate and press it with spatula so that no gap is left in the coconut mixture.
  5. When it is warm enough to handle take a spoonful and roll it to a ball. Continue with the remaining mixture.
  6. When cool it is ready to serve.
