Instructions
  1. In a non stick pan heat clarified butter and fry chopped onion. Fry at medium to high flame till onion turns brown and crispy. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. In the remaining clarified butter add ginger and garlic paste. Saute till raw smell is removed.
  3. Now add bay leaf, minced mutton, paprika and salt. Cook with lid on at medium flame.
  4. When mutton is cooked remove from flame and mix the cooked rice. Check seasoning and adjust as per taste.
  5. Now stir to mix well on high flame for 1/2 minute. Serve hot.
