Instructions
  1. Marinate fish with salt and turmeric.
  2. In a bowl mix nigella seeds, chopped onion, a pinch of salt and 1/2 tablespoon mustard oil.
  3. Put a fish in center of a pumpkin leaf and place 1/2 onion mixture over it. Gently fold the leaf from all side to cover the filling. Tie with a thread.
  4. Repeat same with the remaining piece.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoon mustard oil in a pan and shallow fry the wraps. Fry at medium - low flame. Turn the wraps after 2 minutes.
  6. Cooking time depends on thickness of fish pieces.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
