  1. Squeeze water from grated bottle gourd.
  2. In a saucepan boil milk till reduced to half, add grated khoya to the milk and keep aside.
  3. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add bottle gourd and fry at medium flame.
  4. When bottle gourd is cooked add the milk, sugar and cardamom powder. let simmer.
  5. When reached required consistency remove from flame. Serve chilled.
