  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan.
  2. Add chillies and saute for 10-15 secs, then add fish fat.
  3. When fish fat melts add eggplant cubes, salt and turmeric. Cook at medium flame and stir occasionally.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
