  1. Make horizontal slits on the fish.
  2. Mix all the spices, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Check seasoning and adjust as per requirement.
  3. Marinate fish with the spices mixture for 15 mins.
  4. Heat mustard oil in a pan. When oil starts smoking add fish.
  5. Shallow fry at medium flame till cooked.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
