Instructions
  1. In a saucepan simmer milk with crushed cardamom pods till reduced to half. Now add sugar, saffron and kewra water.
  2. When reached required consistency remove from flame.
  3. Cut bread into desired shape.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and fry bread slices golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place the fried bread slices in a plate and pour the hot rabdi over it. Garnish with chopped pistachio and saffron.
