Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl sift flour, baking powder and sugar.
  2. In another bowl whisk egg, milk and melted butter.
  3. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture. Mix with a spatula to combine all ingredients, do not over mix.
  4. Let the batter rest for 10 mins.
  5. Heat a pan at medium flame. Sprinkle few drops of water and if it splutters then your pan is ready for cooking.
  6. Grease pan with little butter and pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
  7. When small bubbles appear on the pancake and the bottom is browned flip over(2 mins approx). Cook till other side is also lightly browned (1-2 mins approx).
  8. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve hot with chocolate sauce/honey/maple syrup.
